The Problem We Saw
As someone who works currently in the human service field, and as someone who uses human based social services I quickly noticed that countless individuals struggle to find the social services they desperately need. Complex websites, long wait times, and fragmented systems create barriers when people are at their most vulnerable. We knew there had to be a better way. That is when HelpHub was developed. I want to develop this project so it not only helps all of its users gain access to valuable help, but I also want to ease the burden of duties current social services are facing. Such as long red taped paperwork, and other montonous tasks. This project will have the power to tie communities together and build new networking opportunities to produce much healthier environments.
The Solution We Built
HelpHub was born from a simple idea: what if getting help was as easy as sending a text? We combined AI technology with a deep understanding of social services to create a platform that works for everyone, on any phone, anywhere. We looked at what currently exists, and yes it is helpful, but it does not use current technology to help build a solid network of community. That is why we decided to build this solution.

Today, we are working on connecting thousands of individuals to the services they need. From housing assistance to healthcare access, from food security to mental health support, we're making a real difference in communities.
